When we have a problem it’s so easy to bottle up our emotions. All too often we react in a predetermined way. Our will power and good intent suffocated by the mental baggage we carry from our parent’s, our upbringing, environment and social position.
We become depressed because we cannot articulate our problem to others. So instead we keep talking to ourselves and end up making matters far worse – tangling our thoughts and emotions into a bewildering and totally confusing log jam.
