For the meditation CD’s we would advise sitting in a relaxed manner. Take 3 deep breaths and allow your body to find a rhythm that is comfortable to you. Close your eyes and allow the sound to penetrate your being. When the spoken word ceases sit quietly for another 10 minutes as you observe your responses. A picture may spring to mind, or words spring in or you may experience feelings.
Remember them and make a note of them if they seem significant as soon as you can. If your brain just will not cease activity then understand that with practice it will, allow the trivial thought to come in and encourage that thought to pass straight out again.
Listen to only one track at a time until you get bored with it only then move onto the next one.
