Hello All,

Two quotes to introduce the newsletter this month both from Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov, both on the importance of working with and on the inner self.

“Every joy, every happiness, has to be paid for one way or another. Only when you have returned to the cosmic ocean for good will you have nothing further to pay. When you are immersed in that ocean, who is there to pay? But if you come out of it, you have to pay for the slightest drop. You will have seen this so many times! After joy always comes sorrow. And you even come to expect it – when you have experienced great happiness, something tells you sorrow is lying in wait. Many people are fearful when they are very happy, and with good reason. But while we can never wholly avoid trouble from the outside world, at least we can protect ourselves inwardly. And the only truly effective protection is our connection with heaven. When you are connected with heaven and surrender to its will, you are one with it, and then you have nothing left to pay inwardly. Does God owe anybody anything? No, everything belongs to him, and if you live in God everything will belong to you, too.”

And the second quote addresses the ‘how’. The reason we create time for spiritual discipline is to enable us to become more grown up in our ways of dealing with people and situations we meet in life. Many people want to ‘take’ rather more than they want to ‘give’ and ironically only when the intention is pure and unselfish are more gifts added to us anyway, for to have them and to use them opens us to exploitation and abuse and we will have to toughen up in order to be able to deal with life.

During this time a lot is changing Pluto orbit 260 years now in Capricorn rethink things and live simply

Neptune orbit 165 years moving into Pisces deep spiritual wisdom starts to surface

Chiron orbit 50 years moving into Pisces deep healing of the unconscious mind

Uranus orbit 84 years now in Aries starting a new cycle of new beginnings and dramatic changes

Saturn orbit 28 years moves to Libra enabling us to live in right relationship with others who do not want to control or manipulate people

Jupiter orbit 12 years moves into Aries to enable expanded awakening

Summer solstice June 21 was the kick start for the DNA within us all.

“An initiatic school… It is time people had a better idea of what really is or, at least, what it should be. Too many still imagine it is where they will attain clairvoyance, magical powers and all sorts of paranormal faculties that will allow them to satisfy their need for the weird and wonderful or perhaps just their desires and ambitions. Well, no, the real reason for an initiatic school is that it trains people to work ceaselessly to bring about the kingdom of God on earth, that is, brother/sisterhood among human beings. Those who are determined to undertake this work do not need to do magic or be clairvoyant or possess exceptional powers; they need only become wiser, purer, more disinterested and better able to control themselves.”

There is much work to do! As the Earth Mother discharges be it in the form of weather, earthquakes, volcanos erupting, floods, explosions and the like; we must learn to honor and love to a more profound level. This involves compliance with our spiritual contract and not getting in the way of others whose contract maybe different but is no less important than our own. Having a willingness to understand and learn from different perspectives as well as offering our own skill as willingly as we can. To respond in a nonjudgmental manner at all times, not to criticise in inputting our assessment which might be incomplete or incorrect anyway. To stand aside and allow others to find out for themselves without feeling the need to ‘put them straight’ when we are the butt end of criticism or judgements. And finally to have a respectful attitude at all times. It is time to mature like it or not! With the best of good wishes.

· For the 2010 Winter Games, 1,800 bouquets in total were made with 1,707 awarded to athletes (1,055 Olympic and 652 Paralympic). All of the flowers and greens were carefully hand selected and shaped into the bouquets by marginalized women, who may be recovering from addiction, leaving prison, exiting the sex trade, or who have been victims of violence, as well as by other women they train with who are changing careers to become florists.

Doing a thorough inventory of what are the most important things in my life right now as opposed to years ago I realised that the spiritual gifts that come through me are my highest priority and my greatest gift. I have not always viewed them as such for sure, in fact at times I so wanted to be loved and included within the lives of those I cared for it seems more as if I were cursed. I had to learn to be able to manage and monitor my own energies and the demands made by others who surrounded me. Whose needs did I need to include as I learned to manage and administer what was being given to me.

This lead me to look at what felt abusive and an exploitation of me and what I represented; as a result I understood what felt dishonorable and what did not. The people whose only thought is about making and spending of money; those who want a superior position and are ambitious for glory I personally can no longer tolerate. If they are happy I am happy for them and I wish them well, but I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the gifts we need from the earth with be added to the level we need them if we put things of the spirit first and unselfishly and inclusively serve all comers to the best of our abilities. We can do this in any way be it in banking, dog walking or art, if we are passionate in our desire to serve and we are unselfish then we will be serving as required. On the other hand those who only attention seek and take when it is not required ‘bleed’ from, rather than gift life to others.

We need places that are dedicated to spiritual purpose as well, where people can generate and contribute to ‘banks’ of light that others can draw on as needed when out on the front line caring for those in need as best they can in whatever way they do so. All of us can create such a place within our homes if unable to attend a power centre located on a power spot on the earth. These power spots are changing as are we. The time for the old ways of healing are still valid but there is a whole new area that is opening up and becoming operational. We need to find others of our own kind, people we respect, like, admire and love. We know we can trust these people and that we are trusted by them. We have built ‘what is’ as a result of experiences that have already been administred. We must walk the walk not talk the talk otherwise we are not creditable. These people we unite with in comfort as we explore and investigate new need. Anything less we are doing a diservice to all, ourselves included. As an illustration I asked the ‘Management Upstairs’ to lead me to someone who could help me with a health issue I was experiencing and was told in meditation to seek the help of someone who works in one of the most expensive and exclusive hotels on this island. I was underwhelmed thinking of the expense but somewhat ungraciously went as I needed the help. This led me to another member of staff who, on being called in on the consultation learned I lived and worked here. He offered to treat me off site and cheaper, not as an act of disloyalty to the hotel but to answer a real need. Yes I was not gracious to begin with but I am now as well as being deeply grateful.

Speaking of which my sincere thanks to those who are so honorable in paying for consultations and to those who make donations to the newsletters. I am not good at checking who is doing what when and for that I apologise but it does not mean I am not deeply touched and grateful. Better to tell me if I don’t acknowledge as did the person who said we put in some money for you to buy some flowers to acknowledge the 12 year cycle of spiritual care that is completing. Thank you to them and to you all.

May Light convert to love to infill and surround you, your family, community, country and internationally.

What an opinionated lot humans are! Why do we think our opinion is of interest to others apart from the selected few who choose to be our friends and colleagues? Will the earth change because of what we talk about. Perhaps we should spend more time thinking thoughts that are kind and caring and in silence, rather than belly aching and criticizing those who give service as best they can. If it is our intention to be a part of a solution rather than adding to an existent problem then we will. If we are adding to existent problems by moaning then we are a part of the historical problems.

Perhaps some enforced solitude is the answer? People get sick when in toxic surroundings for extended periods. True of the environment, but toxicity can be more subtle. It can stem from extended bullying, nagging or emotional neglect and abuse. What happens then we we often spend long times alone where we have nothing else to do but examine ourselves within, pray, meditate and contemplate our direction. If we spend time alone naturally, we meditate and spend time in nature we keep up with ourselves, if the backlog is too extreme then our subconscious or our soul guidance may force the issue.

If this happened to us in childhood we may experience a shadow of that event having it reflected to us and we may find that we are still holding resentment, impotence or whatever we experienced so long ago. We may think we missed out on life, that our stewards were unfair, or we were being punished or sacrificed at others hands. We need to let go and forgive those we felt were judge or jury. For me I experienced illness as a child as a result spent a lot of time alone, it was a gift even though I certainly did not realize it at the time. Without it no way would I have spent so much time examining myself, or the world around me. Time alone allows our soul guidance to reach us, later we will experience relationship with others to ensure our immunity of response prior to being placed in service.

When that aspect of service has run its course, the sequence will start again. If we voluntarily spend time in contemplation or meditation we do not need to experience such extreme circumstances the next time we reach for a higher frequency. This is why it is so important to remain aware and to create the space both within ourselves and externally so we more easily pick up the signs. Only when we take responsibility and become less ‘high maintenance’ with others can we be entrusted to accept the care for others. Service to the earth is not a soft option. This is illustrated to us when we observe the enthusiasm of new appointment give way to the tired care worn look that follows all too soon when we meet those who will obstruct our good intention in their jealousy that the power is our remit and not theirs. But have their proved their generosity or are they still being tested? Greed for money, position or fame will be tried and tested through years and in many different ways and it will be the people at the sharp end who bear the brunt of those being tested.

Watching a team of ‘search and rescue’ people interviewed on their return from a spell in Haiti their humble, modest and matter of fact approach was striking. Ordinary people doing extraordinary things makes them exceptional human beings. Spare a thought and a sincere vote of thanks for all those ‘special’ people regardless of if they are in the emergency services, the forces, medicine or politics the world is a better place because of them. The irony being only by losing one’s self importance do we become an inspirational presence that is a healing one. Respect …………. These people are in no way bland their statement of service speaks for itself and they bless the earth. Do we?

Judy

P.S. Last chance to book for SWING WITH THE CHANGES

A day of meditation and intuitive guidance to prepare us to be able to maintain internal spaces of peace, love, and calm even when dramatic changes occur around us. This is a service towards others that can bring comfort and service to many in the times to come, but first we must prepare ourselves. Join us on Sunday May 30th in central Palma from 10 am to 6 pm

The month of the spring equinox is upon us and behold we make all things new. The forms may vary but all of us can contribute towards being the change we would wish to see. No need for jealousy or for competitive behaviors provided we give of ourselves and not decide on behalf of others, we contribute towards the bigger picture. If we are fortunate to have colleagues and friends who concur with our vision of the bigger idea so each of us are able to use our skills and wisdom in the service of the greater, pleased to be able to do so.

These people give unstintingly of their abilities to causes that hold interest to them. Not for what they can get out of them but for what they can give to them for the good of all. The division between those who are greedy and corrupt and those who give becomes more apparent each passing day.

Those who give serve now. Then there are those who endlessly want something other than what they have right now. Never in the present moment and discontent, they chase something different or something better. They never have the time to just pass the time of day and enjoy a laugh, they are too busy and intense tiring themselves and others. The irony being that few want to be around them to listen to the covert complaining.

Yes we all experience difficulties on occasion, yes we all get confused when our little world is chaotic but if we are positive and diligent there will be those around who want to support and encourage us for they know full well it is not the norm. In a shop I watched someone buy a load of crockery, in the confusion of packaging and paying they walked out of the shop having left a parcel behind. A member of staff chased them up the street, there was no blame, shame or suspicion just laughter and thanks, how nice to see. The belief in good attracts good. That which we focus on becomes fact given time.

So what are we focusing on this springtime? Everything begins with a thought that converts into a belief which we respond to or not. If we have the attitude – it is not possible – it wont be. If we know it is possible but are not quite sure how to proceed we open all options and wait and see which ones develop and which close off.

We only walk forward blind in faith to the point where the Management Upstairs are convinced of our integrity, at that time life combines forces and enables that which is the avenue for us to proceed along, and things begin to move quickly and easily into the newly manifesting form. Let’s make sure we are ready.

Please take a look at the Events page for details of a UK course in April; a 3 day course named Spiritual SatNav scheduled with my colleague Neil Croft and a single day of meditation both to be held here in Mallorca in May

May love and beauty infill and surround one and all,

In February we have been through the dark times and the beginning of the light becomes almost within our sights. No longer in the mindset of how to survive and endure now we turn our attention to that which renews our passion for life. We have been forced into letting go our more negative expectations of ‘what might be’ in favor of ‘what is’ important to us. The bonus factor being that it may also be of service to others.

Old people, circumstances and activities disappear from our space, we no longer have the time or the inclination to give time or energy to that which may be of importance to others, but is not our own priority. We more truly connect to the spirit of life within. This will not follow the pathway of old dogma and our prejudices within our assessment of that which was can be laid to one side. Now we become the spirit at work within our lives. If that benefits others all well and good.

That requires us to decide what that means for each and everyone of us. For me I know I flourish in spiritual spaces where I feel safe and secure. I don’t want to be with those who feel the need to criticise or condemn, nor do I want to be ‘fixed’ or ‘put right’. I want to hang out with people who let me be who I am and those who know beyond a shadow of doubt that I extend the same courtesy towards them. This level of respect requires trust that all is well, always has been and always will be, regardless of circumstances prevailing at the time. People who are safe to laugh with, cry with and tell our current truth to. People with whom we exchange ideas without feeling the need to judge or justify the merits.

As we let go of old ways so we create a void space where we are able to observe new possibilities and potentials within ourselves and others who surround us. As this container is cleansed and cleared so new possibilities emerge. We need patience and persistence and a keen ability to observe, to be able to make the most of opportunities that presents. We may be cautious but we do not need to be afraid. In this way our old mindset of ‘survive and endure’ transforms into enjoy and have fun looking on circumstance as an adventure that we want to explore to the full.

Certainly we work within certain confines but others we move beyond. The willingness to cooperate with changing and being changed is our passport to enrichment. That way we spring into our new revised manner of being. Worth the work and the waiting don’t you think? May the 2010 version of who you are be all you wish for and more.

“The truth within vulnerability” a 3 day group exchange will be held at Little Alton Farm, Ravenstone, Leicestershire April 16 – 18th inclusive. This facilitation will be interactive and will explore the gifting of increasing intuition and the mechanics of anchoring these gifts into our life on earth. Organizer and contact Sara Hobro +44 (0)132 – 349 2185 or email <sarahobro@hotmail.co.uk>

Thank you to all those who sent Christmas and New Year cards. They are much appreciated. I think the best way we can be of service to you in wishing you a great new year in the calendar sense, whilst saying that prior to the Spring Equinox in March a very good exercise is to ask ourself what we have come here to be. It will have nothing to do with anyone other than ourselves. Perhaps we have come to learn to be unselfish, inclusive or whatever – yes we have to play it out with others, however it is within ourselves that will be comfortable with our progress or not. And yes others around us will demonstrate to us how well we are doing by seeking our company or not!

So in the time and space we have between now and the development of the coming year, lets ask ourselves what we want our new identity to look like and what and who do we want to identify with? Second what do we want to give voice to, and what do we want to starve of identity through holding our silence. After all we are not the ultimate form of justice we just hold our own opinion which may be correct for us but not for others. Thirdly what do we hold to be of value and what is relatively worthless to us now? Some value people, others beauty, yet others possessions and so on. Have our values remained the same or have they changed radically over the years. Finally what do we desire? Others are only too ready to pro-offer their opinion and we may too easily be swayed as a result. If we don’t want to receive it then don’t dish it out ever again. And what was so painful and or annoying in the past let go of it and forgive. The people concerned may not even be aware of what they did. Often those who think they are so sensitive are not, they are just trying to avoid doing their own work by being too ready to input into the lives of others. Knowing it will involve a long hard look at who they are and who they have been, they keep busy pushing into the lives of others who may not have asked them to, allowing them to stay in denial a little longer. Only if specifically asked should we involve ourselves, and then we should keep within the remit of the request. Interference just so we can think ourselves to be ‘in the know’ is to live vicariously through somebody else’s identity and we may well get more than we bargained for. Contemplate on who am I and what am I here to learn? Meditate and ask to be shown how. So that by spring we can all be in a clear clean space where we have the time to ‘hang out’ with those whose frequency is in compliment with our own and we can learn on together with love, laughter, lively interactions and truly know the joy of the fruits of our labors to date. A place of peace worth working for don’t we all think? May we all be blessed in our endeavors so that 2010 is a year we respond to in gentleness, humility, modesty and genuine care for all.

Happy Christmas to you all and may the New Year bring renewed energy. We are what we think so it is the ideal time to clean up our act. A belief is a thought we keep on thinking and we are what we think. So it is the time to more consciously decide what we choose to think. And to have a more gracious attitude towards ourselves and others. We can sense and understand that big changes are on the way that are more appropriate for one and all. It is the classic void between the completion of old areas of service and the start of new ones. Once we have floated our ideas into the atmosphere then we wait to see what opportunities arise.

If can feel as if we have no choice – because once we have stated what we think to be the ideal scenario changes occur – we are a work in progress. We can have a good attitude and comply with grace, or we can behave like a child who is having a tantrum and sulking because they aren’t getting their own way right now. It is a case of is the glass being half empty or half full?

Look for the good, if you have been a bit bored then celebrate the excitement, if you have been lacking in stimulation celebrate the new adventure. If you have been sad and disappointed celebrate new opportunities and potential reappointment. Let the past go knowing you did your best and be here now. Open, willing, ready and waiting to cooperate as best you are able. See the humor in the little things, hear the laughter and enjoy being and doing whatever comes your way. If you have found that people, things, environments of old have just fallen away then know that something better and more appropriate is about to take anchor and grow.

Act as if you are in joy and fulfillment even if you are not as yet. That makes you nice to be around whereas if you are bemoaning your fate all of the time people give you as wide a berth as they can! Sure we all need to blow off steam but we must be selective. Good friends who know us well understand that this is momentary and not a permanent status. They laugh with us and it is soon over and we are back on an even more positive and even keel.

We all have our own ethics and codes of conduct. If our own is compatible with those of others we gravitate towards them, if there is too big a differentiation then we part company. We cannot pretend one thing externally – well we can for a while but we will get found out soon enough. The internal and the external states of interaction have to meet, merge and marry. We are assessed at a soul level then the earth enables movement to our next placements, only they can work in the best interests of a majority. We can accept this light (enlightenment) or reject it. We can trust within our ‘not knowing’ and lack of understanding or pout, create unnecessary drama and perform. We can hang on to old ways and distant memories or we can let them go and make space for the new to enter in. The mass of Christ gives us the choice to love what is and to work with it in a loving manner or not. If we choose to love ourselves and others as best we can we can expect miracles as we gravitate towards others who live their philosophies rather than just talking about them. Happy Christmas and 2010.

Are we an eagle flying free above problems of old, or are we the scorpion whose sting in the tail wounds and hurts others? At this time of year we are questioned as to our addictions. At the physical level this involves sexual gratification, personal comfort and the need to hoard money. At the emotional level being fearful, hateful or ambitious. On the intellectual level pride, separateness and cruelty. Any or all involving one winning over another.

If we try to control or manipulate any, then we are operating from our ego and have a wish to restrict the freedom of others. Also we are not enabling equality and still have a belief in mastery or enslavement. Only when we truly believe in equality and honor are we able to work within and yet transcend the restriction of the warring factions that go on in families, communities and countries.

If we are all working for and with love we have the same intention that of the good of all. Then we are able to combine our vastly different skills and abilities for whatever is needed. If able to keep our balance between vastly opposing forces then we can blend with all others and honor all as whole and holy. Service in its true form does not involve ‘being right’ being present is enough as we practice our abilities with good grace and a good heart. Our attitude being if it is of service it is good enough for me, I have no wish to be combative or aggressive even if others around me are. Not the attitude of the doormat, it takes soul courage to stand alone and vulnerable amongst others who try to reign supreme.

Those who create huge dramas cause chaos as they dismiss those whose skills bring could bring wisdom and re-administer order.
